If we haven't met, I'm Melissa Galt, and if we have, great to see you here! Your success and fulfillment in your design practice is my number one goal and mission.
While today I live in Scottsdale, AZ, I founded and led my own residential design practice for 25+ years in Atlanta, GA. I've been where you are, and I know how to serve and support your to the next level or pivot.
Whether you're getting started, rebooting, established and want to reset, or simply desire the quality company of talented peers and a place to get inspired again, COME JOIN US! There's laughter, learning, and loads of breakthroughs on the agenda.

FAQs
Is this a fit if I'm just getting started?
If you've had some client experience and are committed to your business growth, yes. If you're brand new, as in no clients yet, this may not be the best fit.
What's my next step?
After you register, book your airfare to PHX and choose your lodging (Skyeview room or nearby hotel). We’ll send a confirmation with the prep guide, packing notes, and the intake form. Plan for warm days and cooler evenings. Bring light layers, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes. If you like to hike, toss in boots for sunrise or sunset trails!
Are refunds available?
No, because this is a live event with limited space and upfront investments, all registrations are final. If something unexpected comes up, we may be able to credit you to a future event or transfer your spot to a colleague.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely, most designers do, though we welcome design partners and colleagues as well. You'll be surrounded by like-minded professionals and feel right at home. We create a community that supports each other always.
Do I need to stay at a specific hotel?
No, you'll receive hotel recommendations after registering and can pick a favorite or stay anyplace you like. We encourage you to choose something within 10-15 minutes as Uber and Lyft can be unreliable and take longer than you anticipate.
Will I get 1-on-1 Coaching?
Yes, every designer gets one 30-minute private session with Melissa focused on your 2025 snapshot and goals for 2026, plus ad-hoc guidance during meals and tours. If you want more depth, just ask about an additional private session or scheduling a VIP Day or Half Day.
